Climbing Mount Tai hand in hand, creating brilliance with one heart and one mind -- on-the-spot record of the group building of Baojun Xincai Mount Tai

    In the hot summer of July 19, all the staff of Baojun New Material, full of pride, went to Mount Tai to carry out a challenging group building activity-hiking Mount Tai. This activity is not only a challenge to oneself, but also a deep exercise of team cohesion and cooperation spirit.

    As soon as dawn broke, everyone gathered at the gate of the company and took a bus to Mount Tai. At 10 o'clock in the morning, they arrived at the foot of Mount Tai. The towering Mount Tai rose from the ground, and the majestic momentum was awesome. After a simple warm-up, our mountaineering trip officially started. At first, the mountain road was gentle, and we walked briskly, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, and exchanging interesting things about our work and life from time to time. But as the altitude continues to rise, the mountain road becomes more rugged and steep, and every step forward requires more physical strength, and sweat quickly soaks through the clothes.

    At this time, the power of teamwork is fully demonstrated. When a colleague is physically exhausted, the partner next to him quickly hands over a bottle of water, gives words of encouragement, and even helps with the backpack. When someone wants to give up, everyone lends a helping hand, pulling and pushing forward together, reminding each other to pay attention to foot safety, and sharing energy-saving climbing skills. Members of various departments are closely linked at this moment, regardless of you and me, hand in hand.

    On the way of climbing, the most challenging one is the eighteen plates of Mount Tai. The nearly vertical steps seem to lead to the sky. Every step of climbing requires great efforts. Faced with this severe test, our team did not flinch at all. We supported each other and passed on our strength to each other. In the difficult climbing process, we deeply realized that as long as we work together, there is no difficulty that can not be overcome.

After several hours of hard work, through various methods and efforts, all the staff finally succeeded in climbing the South Gate of Mount Tai. Standing on the top of Mount Tai, overlooking the mist-shrouded mountains, a strong sense of achievement and pride welled up in my heart. Everyone cheered for themselves and for the persistence and dedication of the team.

    Along the way, we met many mountain workers, who carried heavy burdens on their shoulders and sweat on their foreheads, but walked up the stairs with steady steps. They bent their backs and stepped on every step firmly, as if they were integrated with the rocks: "This is the backbone of Mount Tai. They carry a thousand catties on their shoulders and have hills and valleys in their hearts. What they rely on is the strength to hold together and never shrink back." At the same time, it also enables us to realize the spiritual core of "working hard, shouldering heavy burdens bravely, never slacking off and forging ahead with indomitable will" in the process of climbing.

    This time, we enjoyed the magnificent scenery of nature and grew up in teamwork and overcoming difficulties. We understand that the strength of the team is endless, as long as we unite as one, we can overcome any difficulties and obstacles. Back to work, we will take the insights and gains of the trip to Mount Tai, work with more enthusiasm and firm belief, work hand in hand, climb bravely towards a higher goal, and jointly create a more brilliant future for Baojun New Material!
